Week 47 (Year 4): Seasonal Greetings from the Plot… | My Big Allotment Challenge

So back again, primarily to pay my annual rent (of £45 for a full Plot) to the Fulham Palace Meadows Allotment Association. It is good that they open up the Admin Office for selected dates in December, ahead of the two main days for Rent Collection (in January). These are when the majority of Plot Holders attend (with two proofs of residential address in the Borough as well as payment) and you have to queue; usually in the cold January weather.

It doesn’t really look much different to the last time I visited. The plot is cold, desolate and bare (as it’s Winter). Only a few Raised Beds have crop…
