If there is one thing that Lisa and I strive for on our budding farm, it is sustainability. Beyond letting a portion of our crops go to seed (so we have seeds for the next season) and using only environmentally friendly pesticides and soils amendments, we’re now raising livestock that can, if they so choose, raise their own future generations.
