  1. That’s an interesting question I hadn’t thought of. If you using organic seeds or the growing process or both make something organic. I agree that organic seeds are more expensive and you get less, so I go for something in between. Thanks for the post, Jon.

    1. I don’t think it matters but for some certification bodies not using organic hierloom seeds can lead to de-certification. Common sense would suggest it’s not a problem. Jon
