Been buzzin’ this week | irregular anthropologist

At christmas I read a book called the Barefoot beekeeper by Phillip Chandler and got a bit of a buzz on for beekeeping (I’ll probably keep making puns like that, don’t worry).  He advocates beekeeping for the bees; as an interesting hobby that produces honey of course, but primarily for the benefit of the bees that do so much for us.  His style of ‘keeping caught my imagination, it appeals to my view on our relationship to nature and looked like a lot of fun.  I followed up by buying a copy of Balanced Beek
